We help organizations solve complex problems

Glean enables people to improve their world by helping them to identify and build on their inherent strengths. Using human-centered design methodology, we’ve worked across continents, countries, languages and sectors to deliver social change that is appropriate for its context. We don’t believe in pre-designed magic solutions, we believe in the power of people to make lasting change.

Our Experts

We work with the best subject matter experts to deliver amazing results for our clients.
